This position is responsible for developing and maintaining integration features across both modern and legacy environments. You will design and deliver new APIs and event-driven services while also working directly within our established .NET codebases, including monolithic applications, to deliver integrations efficiently and with high quality. The ideal candidate is a skilled engineer capable of executing integration tasks independently, adept at navigating between newer and legacy codebases, and eager to grow into a long-term steward of MeridianLink’s integration strategy. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and architects committed to supporting your technical growth as the platform evolves. Within the first few months, a successful hire will deliver integration features for both modern services and existing applications, complete with robust testing, high-quality code reviews, and predictable production behavior. Throughout the first year, you’ll become a trusted owner of specific integrations, make significant contributions to the enterprise integration platform, and play a role in onboarding Engineer I colleagues. Your long-term impact will be measured by the reliability and quality of your integrations, the team’s increased delivery speed for customer integrations, and how effectively you document and share your knowledge.
