Color’s goal is to close critical cancer care gaps, improve cancer outcomes, and guide patients with empathy through their healthcare journeys. Apply to join Color and do the most meaningful work of your career. If you are not sure that you’re 100% qualified but are up for the challenge - we want you to apply! We are excited to bring a cohort of recent software engineering graduates to our technical team of roughly 50 engineers, product managers and designers. These two engineers will join teams who are working on the AI platform that will power internal care team tools and patient experiences, and the services and experiences that enable our patients to efficiently onboard, assess risk and get the appropriate screenings. This new grad cohort (four in total) will be onboarded to Color’s systems and thoughtfully supported by senior engineers and leads as they learn the craft of software engineering. The engineering and product team will help you build skills in engineering design, code review best practices, testing best practices, observability best practices and collaboration skills with product & engineering peers.
