About The Position

The current application/component is live in production, and the primary focus of this role will be modernization and migration activities. You will be responsible for understanding and analyzing the existing application, code, and data, working with .NET, C#, and MS SQL Server, modernizing existing SQL Jobs and stored procedures, developing new components using modern technologies and design approaches, supporting the migration from the existing component to the newly developed solution, and working closely with Agile feature teams to develop and implement solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with existing code, understanding legacy implementations, and modernizing them into more scalable and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong .NET / C# backend development experience
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core migration/modernization
• Experience analyzing and understanding existing production applications/code

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ASP.NET is an advantage
• SQL Server experience is preferred
• Cloud experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Java knowledge is acceptable as an additional skill
