Software Engineer Lead - Site Reliability Engineering Center
About The Position
As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC), you will be based in one of PNC's IT Hubs: Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Phoenix, Arizona or Denver, Colorado. This position supports PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center and involves participating on a team rotation schedule for off hour critical incidents. Requirements
- Java, Spring boot, J2EE, Kubernetes, Microservices, Mongo DB, Dynatrace, Elastic search, API knowledge, Postman, MQ, Kafka
- University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
