About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer IV professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Sisense and Databricks, with strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time and batch data processing solutions, data transformations, and production-grade data integrations. This position requires a highly technical, hands-on engineer who can design solutions as well as develop, troubleshoot, optimize, and support complex data pipelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall hands-on data engineering experience.
• Strong experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting business-critical and high-volume production data platforms.
• Ability to work across architecture, development, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
• 10+ years hands-on Data Engineering / Database Development
• Advanced SQL coding and performance tuning
• Snowflake, hands-on development
• dbt development and data transformation
• Databricks / Spark / PySpark / Delta Lake
• ETL/ELT pipeline design and development
• Real-time/near-real-time and CDC processing
• Large-volume enterprise data processing
• Production troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Strong hands-on coding skills, not architecture-only experience
• CI/CD and automated deployment practices
• Git/version control
• BI Tool - PowerBI , Sisense
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related degree is preferred.
• Experience working in Voluntary Insurance Business is preferred.
