Requirements

Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction, with responsibility for engineering the product
Customer obsession and a commitment to providing the best possible experience
Product thinking and ability to make thoughtful decisions about product evolution
Ability to work quickly, generate ideas, and decide on shipping priorities
Focus and ability to engage or work heads down in a busy, remote startup environment
Swift Programming Language
SwiftUI experience
Experience in Multithreading Programming
Working with CI/CD infrastructure
Experience with Fastlane
SOLID principles, with the ability to write every single class according to SOLID
Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies

Responsibilities

Lead key engineering and product decisions
Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
Work within a dedicated product team
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
