You will be introduced to modern engineering practices and strategies in addition to career counseling and professional development opportunities. Our forward-looking technology department will provide you with valuable learning opportunities as you share ideas, creativity, and curiosity to maximize your experience. The experience will include: Participation in ‘modern engineering’ concepts, including AI Incorporation, Human Centered Design and Product Innovation. Contributing to technology transformation strategies. Use of Agile Development Methodology. An understanding of departments that work in tandem with technology. Uncovering drivers for positive corporate culture and enhanced communication throughout the organization. Professional development through peer counseling, mentorship, and corporate leadership interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelors in progress in Computer Science or related field
- Some technology-centric coursework completed
- Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset
- Basic understanding of software development methodology
- Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Curious, self-motivated spirit
- Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented
