About The Position

This position will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the company's next-generation AI-powered features on a modern micro frontend platform. The engineer will build reusable components based on design specifications, work within a clean, layered architecture, and leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a motivated mid-level engineer who takes ownership of their work, collaborates well in a team, and is actively growing their AI-fluency in daily workflows.

Requirements

4–6 years of professional software engineering experience, focused on front-end or full-stack web development.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Solid proficiency in modern component-based front-end frameworks, JavaScript / TypeScript, and standard web development practices.
Working experience building full-stack applications with structured back-end services and an understanding of layered architecture principles.
Growing, consistent use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) in software design, coding, debugging, and optimization.
Good problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS/Less, and responsive design principles.
Experience translating design specifications into accessible, reusable components.
Understanding of API integration patterns (REST / gRPC) and back-end service design.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, BDD testing frameworks, and Agile development.
Exposure to cloud deployment on Azure, AWS, or comparable platforms.
Awareness of web performance, security, and accessibility best practices.
Actively incorporating AI-assisted development tools into coding, testing, and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end components and service integrations within a modern micro frontend architecture under guidance from senior engineers.
Translate design specifications and wireframes into performant, maintainable, and accessible code.
Implement application data models and service layer integrations following established clean architecture patterns.
Contribute to migration and modernization efforts of legacy features using automation and AI-assisted methods.
Participate in building AI-driven product features (e.g., intelligent search, conversational interfaces, personalization) with direction from senior team members.
Participate actively in code reviews, apply feedback constructively, and adhere to team coding standards.
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver quality features on time.
Incorporate AI tools into day-to-day development — coding, debugging, documenting, and ideating.
Show curiosity and eagerness to grow in innovation-oriented environments.
Communicate clearly within the team and with technical stakeholders.
