You will develop critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to support business objectives. The role contributes to the Markets Sales AI Platform, onboarding agentic workflows in a federated way and turning generative AI capabilities into reliable systems that help respond to inbound client requests. You will build and productionize multi-step LLM agents and platform capabilities, improve quality through evaluation and feedback, and help establish technical direction for agent design, evaluation, and safe deployment.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Python coding skills and comfort owning production code.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, ECS, Bedrock, OpenSearch, vector databases, and Postgres.
  • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, LLM observability, or fine-tuning open-weight models.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including agent frameworks, tool use, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of modern generative AI capabilities, failure modes, and practical mitigation strategies.
  • Strong ownership and drive, with a focus on improving what is broken through clear design principles.

  • Evaluate emerging applied AI techniques, including tool use, planning, retrieval, evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization, and integrate suitable techniques into production.
  • Improve quality through evaluations, error analysis, and feedback loops that turn subjective issues into measurable fixes.
  • Partner with quantitative research, product, and engineering teams to understand their agents and onboard solutions onto the platform in a federated way.
  • Build and maintain production-grade systems that are observable, robust, and scalable.
  • Contribute to technical direction and standards for agent design, evaluation, and safe deployment.
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure software development meets design constraints.
  • Gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize diverse, large datasets to support continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
