About The Position

As a Software Engineer III, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet business and technical requirements. This position demands expertise in coding, testing, and debugging across multiple platforms and languages, with a focus on continuous integration and delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement secure and efficient code, and ensure high availability and performance. Your contributions will support the advancement of innovative technologies and the delivery of reliable applications aligned with organizational goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3 (Frontend)
  • Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python (Backend)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful services
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with technology trends

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
