About The Position

We are looking for a Software Engineer III to design and build AI-native, full-stack applications and agentic workflows that automate complex business processes. The role spans application development, data modeling, enterprise integrations, and applied AI, with a strong focus on production-ready systems, governed data access, reliability, and human-in-the-loop workflows. The engineer will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify manual processes and create automated or AI-driven solutions. They will build and maintain systems, ensure functional reliability through testing and CI/CD, and troubleshoot and support systems in production.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in full-stack/tools engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL, PHP, ORM/entity-modeling frameworks, or similar schema-driven development.
  • Demonstrated experience building LLM-backed or AI-enabled features in production, including areas such as tool/function calling, retrieval, prompt/context engineering, or evaluation.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants as part of a regular development workflow.
  • Strong SQL and relational data modeling experience.
  • Experience integrating enterprise or third-party APIs into production applications.
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, delivery, and production troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently, own projects end-to-end, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Next.js and/or Vercel.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or ERP platforms.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration, or multi-step tool-using systems.
  • Experience developing evaluation and regression testing for LLM-based applications.
  • Experience with data warehouse technologies such as Hive, Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent.
  • Experience with distributed streaming or messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis, or equivalent.
  • Experience building internal business or operations tools, particularly for workflows involving approvals, finance, or operational processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build production-grade agentic workflows using real operational data, including tool/function calling, retrieval strategies, evaluation, guardrails, and human approval checkpoints.
  • Develop full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as Next.js.
  • Design and implement entity/object schemas, authorization, validation, and data models using ORM-style or schema-based frameworks.
  • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise and third-party systems through APIs, automation, triggers, and validation logic.
  • Define API contracts, data migration strategies, rollback processes, and conflict-resolution patterns.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent in the daily engineering workflow.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify manual processes and build automated or AI-driven solutions.
  • Create automated testing and CI/CD processes to ensure functional reliability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in ongoing support of the systems developed.
