The Software Engineer III will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identify and address improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities include requirement and scoping analysis, preparing traceability matrices, contributing to user stories, reviewing coding standards, and creating minimalistic code for components and applications to meet business and technical requirements, including non-functional requirements like low-maintainability, high-availability, and high-scalability. The engineer will also assist in selecting appropriate languages and tools, build automation scripts for CI/CD, testing, and other processes. Testing responsibilities include test case preparation, execution, and root cause analysis. Defect management and troubleshooting involve tracking, analyzing defects, performing regression testing, and troubleshooting performance and availability bottlenecks. The role also has a DevOps orientation, requiring the use of various operating systems, maintenance tools, monitoring and debugging tools, and conducting complex maintenance procedures independently. Program monitoring includes reviewing metrics and ensuring adherence to project milestones and timelines.
