Requirements

Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and Java, with strong technical acumen in platform design and API development.
Proven expertise in frontend programming with React and React Native
Experience in iterative and incremental development, including continuous integration and delivery practices.
Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Skilled in debugging, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Familiarity with documentation-based coding and test case creation to support robust software testing.
Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence and component services is a plus.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to define high-level design and technical solutions for projects.
Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
Lead small to medium-sized projects by translating requirements into technical deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
Support continuous integration and delivery by automating routine tasks and implementing telemetry features.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical direction and documentation.
Monitor application performance and implement maintenance and improvements to ensure reliability.
