This role involves participating in the discovery phase of small to medium-sized projects, partnering with product management, project management, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs. The Software Engineer III will troubleshoot business and production issues, performing root cause analysis, engaging support teams, and developing solutions. They will manage small to large-sized complex projects, translating requirements into technical solutions, researching alternatives, writing and developing code, conducting unit testing, and ensuring on-time delivery. The position also includes providing support to the business by responding to user questions, researching solutions, and guiding on system implications. Additionally, the role assists in providing guidance to small groups of 2-3 engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned Engineering projects. The engineer will coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities, develop stakeholder relationships, and promote continuous learning. They will also provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, while ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a belonging mindset.
