Software Engineer I - Active TS/SCI w/poly clearance
About The Position
CyberTrend is seeking a Software Engineer I with an Active TS/SCI with poly clearance. CyberTrend has over 40 years of industry experience and is a technology leader in defense projects and programs. Since 2010, CyberTrend has built strong partnerships with companies like AWS and IBM, government agencies, the intelligence community, and defense contractors. We provide highly qualified IT, architectural, system, and software engineering personnel. This is a hands-on System Engineering/Signals Analysis position supporting a mission-critical system. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of system support, including requirements management, data management and analysis, system testing, and user support. Experience with modern communication networks and/or telephone engineering, in addition to strong hands-on engineering skills, is required.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with poly clearance
- Seven (7) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal, communications and basic writing skills
- Basic Linux skills
- Experience with modern communication networks and/or telephone engineering
