Requirements

  • University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
  • Expertise in web development including a high proficiency in React/Redux using JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, HTML5 and CSS.
  • Expertise in Java Spring Boot to create microservices.
  • Experience in working with Docker and on cloud-native solutions with a platform like Kubernetes clusters hosted on a public cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure or AWS).
  • Development experience implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of NoSQL or RDBMS Databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.).
  • Strong experience in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
  • Expertise using source code management tools and best practices (Git, Maven, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, and/or Elasticsearch, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
  • Exposure to Go (Golang) services or an interest in learning Go in a production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, and data layers — from concept to production.
  • Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot in a cloud‑native, microservices architecture.
  • Develop and maintain production-grade user interfaces using React (JavaScript/TypeScript), integrating with RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with UX and product partners.
  • Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver incremental value in an Agile environment.
  • Contribute to defining standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and team velocity.
  • Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of our microservices codebase.
  • Support production issues and help ensure reliability and performance of the platform.
  • Continuously learn and adapt as the platform and technology stack evolves.
