About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated, collaborative, and technically strong Full Stack Software Engineers to join our Enterprise Technology Application Development team at a well-known tech firm. The selected candidates will play a key role in building and maintaining a portfolio of internal business systems that support critical operational workflows across multiple domains within the organization. The selected candidates will work closely with senior engineering leadership and help coordinate delivery execution with distributed offshore development resources.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern full-stack development practices.
• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript frontend development.
• Solid understanding of relational database design and PostgreSQL development.
• Experience with Docker-based containerization and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems, codebases, and architectural patterns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in distributed engineering environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience integrating with financial systems, operational platforms, or enterprise business applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver full-stack software features across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
• Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services supporting production business applications.
• Build React and TypeScript user interfaces aligned to shared platform and design standards.
• Design and implement relational database models, schema migrations, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture decisions, technical implementation, and delivery planning.
