About The Position

The company is building a privacy-first U.S. mobile carrier that provides secure, resilient cellular services to government agencies, enterprises, and consumers. Its platform is built on its own mobile core and SIM technology and is designed to minimize collection and retention of customer data. Following its Series C, the company is expanding its engineering organization and investing in internal platforms, tooling, and development infrastructure. You will own the Developer Experience roadmap and build or improve internal platforms, developer tooling, workflows, CI/CD pipelines, local development environments, and Go development workflows. You will work with platform, product, infrastructure, network, and security teams, and help evaluate and implement AI-assisted development tools with appropriate guardrails and measurable outcomes. The role also includes establishing documentation, runbooks, guidelines, and engineering standards, and mentoring future Developer Experience hires. The position is full-time and hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the New York, NY or Washington, DC office.
