Software Engineer (Crawling/Reverse Engineering)

They aim to address the challenges posed by outdated documentation and the unauthorized buying and selling of consumer data by credit bureaus. As a real-time income data platform, Argyle enables users to connect their employment records to apps and websites, facilitating access to financial resources. The company's mission is to empower consumers to take control of their income, employment, and identity data, with the goal of creating a more equitable and efficient financial system. They are currently seeking talented engineers to join their Scanner Engineering squads, where they will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations to various systems. Python is the main language used, and the team is passionate about finding innovative solutions to new problems.

• Create, own, and maintain Scanners
• Contribute to general improvements such as shared libraries and frameworks
• Work closely and communicate across different teams

• Experience in building and maintaining integrations to various systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to reverse engineer platforms
• Passion for working on complex problems
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Familiarity with Python libraries such as Celery, Pydantic, Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Asyncio, Httpx, Pydash, Mypy, Pytest
• Ability to contribute to general improvements such as shared libraries and frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams
• Ability to create, own, and maintain Scanners
