About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in CI/CD to join our team. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves working with Kubernetes-focused engineering and SRE/Platform Engineering. You will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing container platforms, and implementing security controls within these systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• BS in Software Engineering or related field
• 2-10 years of experience in CI/CD and Kubernetes-focused engineering or SRE/Platform Engineering
• Strong Kubernetes skills: core objects, scheduling, RBAC, networking, storage, upgrades, troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Experience with Helm and at least one IaC tool (Terraform preferred)
• Experience operating container platforms (Docker/OCI), registries, and image lifecycle management
• Proficiency with Linux and scripting (Bash and/or Python)
• Comfort debugging distributed systems
• Experience implementing security controls in pipelines (scanning, secrets handling, least privilege, policy)
• Familiarity with observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, Splunk, Datadog, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage and operate container platforms (Docker/OCI), registries, and image lifecycle.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters, including core objects, scheduling, RBAC, networking, and storage.
• Troubleshoot and perform upgrades on Kubernetes environments.
• Utilize Helm and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Develop and maintain Linux environments and scripting (Bash and/or Python).
• Debug distributed systems.
• Implement security controls within CI/CD pipelines, including scanning, secrets handling, least privilege, and policy enforcement.
• Integrate and utilize observability tooling such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, Splunk, or Datadog.
