This role reports to a Sr. Manager in ITS. You will be building a new platform for the Federal Reserve Supervision & Regulation Department. This involves re-inventing old processes and tools combining onto a new platform for both the Federal Reserve System along with partner agencies.

Requirements

  • Degree/Certificate in Technology related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL & experienced in RDBMS
  • Experience in working in a team using Agile methodology.
  • Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
  • Equivalent education and/or experience that may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
  • This position requires access to confidential supervisory information and/or FOMC information, which is limited to "Protected Individuals" as defined in the U.S. federal immigration law. Protected Individuals include, but are not limited to, U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and U.S. permanent residents who either are not yet eligible to apply for naturalization or who have applied for naturalization within the requisite timeframe. Candidates who are permanent residents may be eligible for the information access required for this position if they sign a declaration of intent to become a U.S. citizen and pursue a path to citizenship and meet other eligibility requirements.
  • Candidates must undergo an enhanced background check and comply with all applicable information handling rules.

Nice To Haves

  • Appian low code platform certifications (desired).
  • Experience levels (2-6 years) on the Appian (preferred) or other low code platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop user interfaces, process models, and data storage in a low code development environment of the Appian platform.
  • Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Involve in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code on the Appian platform.
  • Align the solutions with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.
  • Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring (optional)
