Our client is seeking an Appian Software Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications on the Appian platform. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with stakeholders, solve real business problems, and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
  • 1–5 years of Appian development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Experience leading development efforts or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and define business processes
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Appian platform
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
  • Develop and modify database tables, views, and stored procedures
  • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and external systems
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
  • Provide thoughtful technical recommendations and guidance to customers and internal teams
