About The Position

SkyLink builds AI products for the travel industry. Our flagship product is an AI corporate travel agent that lives directly in Slack and Microsoft Teams, helping enterprises book and manage travel faster and more intelligently while integrating with their existing policies, systems, and travel management companies. Now part of the Amadeus family, SkyLink is building the next generation of AI-powered travel products for companies and travelers worldwide. About the role We are looking for a Software Engineer who will be instrumental in architecting and engineering the SkyLink AI agent. The perfect candidate will bring 3+ years of software experience across orchestration and AI frameworks. They should have a passion for both software architecture and AI first products.

Requirements

3+ Years of Software Experience
Has architected and built chatbots and AI agents
Is familiar with LLMs through APIs (OpenAI, etc) and with standing up your own models
Has strong prompting skills and is working on bettering them everyday
Ability to curate, test, and maintain datasets
Strong programming skills (Python)
Is scrappy, knows how to ship, and values progress over perfection
Wants to set, maintain, and adhere to great software engineering standards (comments, testing, documentation, high quality review)
Wants to deeply understand technical domains and work on large-scale challenges
Wants ownership and autonomy in a role that will supercharge your growth both professionally and personally

Responsibilities

Work with forefront large language models to architect and design a chatbot for travel
Build and deploy both general and fine tuned models across cloud infrastructure
Build individual preferences into our system
