About The Position

SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, providing comprehensive engineering and full lifecycle System Engineering services. We specialize in high performance computing, large data analytics, and cutting-edge information technologies, requiring nationally-recognized expertise. This role requires an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • OR Nine (9) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
  • Experience using the Linux CLI.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash) to automate tasks and processes.
  • Experience developing software solutions using the Python programming language.
  • Experience implementing RBAC/ABAC for HPC systems.
  • Experience with advanced Linux security administration including PAM, SELinux, file permissions, ACLs, and audit logging.
  • Experience developing IAM solutions using Keycloak.
  • Experience implementing identity federation and SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
  • Experience developing and maintaining secret management integrations using HashiCorp Vault.
  • Experience developing Ansible playbooks to orchestrate the automation of provisioning HPC hardware and software components.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd.
  • Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI.
  • Experience with Git Source Control System.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions using the Python programming language.
  • Implement RBAC/ABAC for HPC systems.
  • Develop and maintain secret management integrations using HashiCorp Vault.
  • Develop Ansible playbooks to orchestrate the automation of provisioning HPC hardware and software components.
  • Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd.
  • Apply CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI.
  • Use Git Source Control System for version control.
