About The Position
Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies. Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus two (2) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- OR Four (4) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
- Recent software development experience using Python
- Familiar with automation frameworks including Ansible for orchestrating deployment
- Familiar with SQL technologies including PostgreSQL
- Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI
- Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd
- Experience with Git Source Control System
Nice To Haves
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Familiar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as Netbox
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
