About The Position

Looking for a strong full-stack software developer with functional UI experience but primarily focused on backend web services and servers. Experience with open-source integrations would be great and any experience with open-source tools is required - i.e. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher, Tomcat, Spring, JMS and AWS. Strong communication skills are needed. Other technologies required: java, javascript, mongo DB, Elasticsearch, Postgres, and Mysql Tech stack areas of experience/understanding would be: Critical: Java threading, SpringBoot, JavaScript, JMS, MongoDB, AWS, Amazon RDS REST, Docker, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Cockroach DB or other RDBMS at similar scale, COOP, Large scale distributed systems with high availability.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
