Software Engineer 1
About The Position
This position is for a Software Engineer 1, which may involve either a focus on backend development with Python, C++, and basic RF knowledge, or a UI Developer role utilizing technologies such as VueJs, Vuetify, Leaflet, ElasticSearch, node.js REST, GRPC, and mongo. A minimum of seven years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, though four years of additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university (Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree).
- For Software Engineer 1 role: Proficiency in Python, C++, Basic RF experience/knowledge, and GIT.
- For UI Developer role: Proficiency in VueJs, Vuetify, Leaflet, ElasticSearch, node.js REST, GRPC, and mongo.
