About The Position

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to lead the software engineering group responsible for building and operating a new, enterprise-scale CI/CD platform that will standardize and automate software delivery across OCI. This platform is foundational to engineering velocity, reliability, and security—enabling teams to safely and efficiently deploy changes at scale. As the leader of this organization, you will define the technical vision, drive execution across multiple teams, and build a high-performing engineering organization capable of delivering a mission-critical platform. You will work closely with product and service teams across the company to drive adoption, ensure seamless integration, and continuously evolve the platform to meet the needs of a large and complex engineering ecosystem. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise in distributed systems and developer infrastructure, strong organizational leadership, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
