About The Position

We are looking for a Software Development Project Manager to help our clients meet their mission by assisting government civilians and troops in managing their intelligence records. As a leader on our team, you will oversee the delivery of advanced digital solutions. You will partner with clients to develop web-based software for government users and troops, guiding your team in an exciting and fluid environment. Your role will involve leading the Agile development of a project roadmap, establishing project milestones, and implementing metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference in transforming the future of digital platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing software development projects for the Army, DoW, or Intelligence Community (IC)
  • 5+ years of experience driving client delivery and engaging with technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels
  • 5+ years of experience managing software development and system delivery lifecycle activities within a DevSecOps framework and supporting recurring path-to-production software and system releases
  • Experience managing Agile software projects, tracking budgets, and preparing client presentations
  • Experience engaging, aligning, monitoring, analyzing, reporting on, supporting, or guiding software programs, pilots, including collection and use of modern software metrics
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Knowledge of DoW system authorization processes and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with full stack development in a cloud environment
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with requirements analysis, system documentation, and testing
  • Knowledge of the Army's Foreign Disclosure program
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification
