VIATechnik is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact software development projects from planning through deployment, collaborating with engineering teams, product leaders, and clients to translate ambiguity into execution and results.

Responsibilities

• Delivering multiple software projects end-to-end-on time, on scope, and aligned to real business outcomes
• Creating clarity where there is ambiguity, translating goals into executable plans, milestones, and priorities
• Building trust with engineers and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through
• Adapting quickly to change-shifting priorities, evolving requirements, new technologies-without losing momentum
• Owning outcomes, not just managing tasks-stepping into details when needed and leading at a higher level when required
• Improving how delivery works, introducing smarter planning, better visibility, and pragmatic process improvements
• Leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across projects
