About The Position

The Growth and Martech Engineering team at Adobe.com is responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is measured, optimized, and personalized. The Enablement Engineer will be a key member of this team, focused on implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across Adobe.com and other critical Adobe digital platforms. This role requires taking ownership of developing and implementing scalable web data collection and tagging strategies using AEP's Data Collection tools, JavaScript, and other relevant tools on a large-scale web platform.

Requirements

5+ years in digital analytics/Martech implementation, with experience working closely with developers on tracking and data pipelines.
Strong experience with the Adobe stack: AEP (Web SDK/Alloy.js, Real-Time CDP, XDM), Tags/TMS, Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics.
Solid front-end skills including JavaScript, HTML, DOM, and production-quality code, secure coding, and testing practices.
Expertise in data layer design, governance, and debugging using browser DevTools and AEP Debugger.
SQL experience for querying analytics data (BigQuery, Snowflake, or AEP Query Service).
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
Strong communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical partners.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
Experience with server-side tagging.
Experience with integrations with platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
Adobe certifications in AEP or Analytics.
Experience with extensive data pipelines and large-scale data processing tools.
Full-stack engineering familiarity and skills (Node.js or equivalent, Database, Front-end, etc.).
React/Angular experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to define tracking requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design scalable tagging solutions using Adobe Tags and AEP Web SDK.
Build data layers to accurately capture data.
Align implementations with XDM schemas and business logic.
Configure AEP, including schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and ingestion.
Collaborate with QA to validate implementations using AEP Debugger and browser DevTools.
Uphold data governance and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
Integrate Martech and third-party tools.
Provide documentation, training, and support on digital data instrumentation standards.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to enhance development speed and code quality.
