About The Position

The Software Development Engineer will be part of a team who are performing state of the art work using technology in the AI field for Specialty pharmacy in the Benefit Verification domain. This team member will work under the direction of other Staff and Senior Software Development Engineers to architect, design, build, and deliver solutions that drive our roadmap that in turns drives our business and technology strategy and solution forward for the Specialty pharmacist. The position is an individual contributor role. This position will be a hands on developer role. Requirements

At least 2+ years of experience in systems analysis and application program development
At least one year of development experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, Java, C++, Python
1+ year of experience with Agile software development
1+ year experience in building Enterprise solutions and technical solutions
1+ year experience with AI/generative AI solutions and technologies
1+ year experience with Confluent Kafka, or open source distributions
1+ year experience using AI LLM models such as Gemina, Claude

Nice To Haves

The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
1+ years of experience working across research and engineering
Experience working with distributed teams, working across multiple time zones and geographies.
Experience in the health and wellness domain
Experience working as full stack development when needed
Experience developing colleague and user-facing features and/or apps.
