Software Development Engineer in Test
About The Position
The client needs a Senior SDET/Automation Engineer with a mandatory background in Healthcare Claims and hands-on experience migrating legacy apps to AWS with MongoDB/PostgreSQL. They require deep expertise in database testing (complex SQL queries) and RESTful API testing, alongside strong Java programming skills. The candidate must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in TypeScript and Karate, capable of driving framework development and strategy in these tools. They also expect strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright with the proven ability to build automation frameworks entirely from scratch using BDD/TDD approaches. The role demands seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and validation of cloud-native, microservices-based architectures. Proactive collaborator who works well in Agile/Scrum, takes ownership of test results, and understands performance/security testing and reporting tools.
Requirements
