About The Position

We are seeking a Senior engineer experienced in supporting mission-critical applications, passionate about building solutions that enhance automation, stability, and release processes across multiple systems. The role involves owning developer experience across the entire Leo, CICD, and production services, working closely with engineering teams to navigate ambiguity, identify and address common issues, drive solutions, and improve overall release quality, reliability, and operational excellence. The engineer will build self-serve platforms, automation, and tools to enable Leo engineers to ship high-quality software to space and ground rapidly, securely, and at scale.
