About The Position

The Software Development Engineer II contributes across all areas of development as a member of an Agile Scrum team supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Consent and Preference Management (CPM) products. CIAM provides customer registration, authentication, account recovery, multi-factor authentication, passkeys, authorization, token and session management, and identity lifecycle capabilities using Auth0. CPM supports capturing, managing, and enforcing customer consent and communication preferences across channels and business applications using Cassie. The team builds product-specific capabilities on these platforms with .NET APIs and supporting services hosted in Kubernetes. Team members have areas of strength and specialization while remaining adaptable enough to learn tools and languages and contribute across product development. The SDE II works with limited or no supervisory guidance and consistently delivers on commitments. The role develops and operates CIAM and CPM features and services, contributes to automated testing and delivery pipelines, and supports production systems with a focus on security, privacy, scale, uptime, resiliency, and observability. The engineer also helps improve Agile practices, product quality, delivery speed, and team experience. The position is based at the Arlington (AOC1), Texas office, with a flexible hybrid work environment requiring three days per week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
