About The Position

The Software Development Engineer II contributes across all areas of development as a member of an Agile Scrum team supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Consent and Preference Management (CPM) products. CIAM provides customer registration, authentication, account recovery, multi-factor authentication, passkeys, authorization, token and session management, and identity lifecycle capabilities using Auth0. CPM supports capturing, managing, and enforcing consent and communication preferences across channels and business applications using Cassie. The team builds product capabilities on these platforms through .NET APIs and supporting services hosted in Kubernetes. Team members specialize in areas while remaining adaptable across tools, languages, and product-development work. The SDE II works with limited or no supervisory guidance and consistently delivers on commitments. The role develops and operates CIAM and CPM features and services, uses automated delivery pipelines and testing, and supports secure, reliable production systems. It also contributes to ongoing improvement of Agile practices, product quality, delivery speed, and team experience. The position is based at the Arlington, Texas office and offers a flexible hybrid work environment, three days per week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
