About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a mid-level Software Developer with an active Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Quantico, Virginia. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet system requirements. The developer creates block diagrams, logic flowcharts, and engineering documentation, and translates detailed designs into functional software. The role also tests, debugs, and refines custom software to reduce processing time and improve efficiency, and prepares program-level and user-level documentation.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance; successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph may be required.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Current experience as an applications programmer on computer and database management systems.
• Experience analyzing functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.
• Proven experience designing and developing software and using databases to satisfy design objectives.
• Knowledge of Agile software development techniques such as Scrum.

Nice To Haves

• Recent experience programming in .NET on Linux or Windows.
• Recent experience programming web applications using JavaScript.
• Recent experience with a NoSQL database such as MongoDB.
• Recent development experience in Java on Linux or Windows.
