About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience building web applications (intermediate level)
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Hands‑on experience with full‑stack development, including: Front‑end frameworks such as React and TypeScript
  • Back‑end technologies such as Node.js
  • Cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
  • Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming principles
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and how they impact user adoption
  • Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a habit of documenting decisions and solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or supporting large‑scale, customer‑facing web applications
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure‑as‑code
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft certifications)

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and enhance features that solve real customer problems across existing and new software products
  • Collaborate within an agile (Scrum/Kanban) team focused on continuous improvement in planning, estimation, and delivery
  • Deliver sprint commitments by proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and partnering with stakeholders
  • Develop high‑quality, secure, and performant software using modern tools and multiple technology stacks
  • Contribute to the evolution of our development practices, including CI/CD and DevOps
  • Work closely with cross‑functional partners such as Product Management, Architects, and QA to deliver excellent user experiences
