About The Position
This role requires a Software Developer with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph. The ideal candidate will have extensive backend development experience with JavaScript, specifically as it applies to ServiceNow and Glide. A strong understanding of best practices in workflow and process management for both commercial and federal sectors is essential. The role also involves working within scrum and agile frameworks, including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirement gathering, and documentation. The developer must be able to communicate effectively, estimate work effort, and maintain a professional demeanor. A key requirement is remaining on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or a master’s with 4 years of experience; or an Associate’s with 8 years of experience.
- Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript programming language.
- Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow Glide.
- ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Understanding of best practices in workflow and process management (commercial and federal sectors).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
- Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor.
- Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development (task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirement gathering, documentation).
Nice To Haves
- Configuration Management experience and certifications.
- Graphics design or UX/UI design experience.
- Experience in HTML/CSS and Jelly scripting.
- Previous work within the Intelligence Community.
