About The Position

Salesforce is looking for a driven and talented Software Developer to become part of their energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering, particularly in designing distributed systems, and a genuine enthusiasm for cloud technologies. Requirements

Hands-on professional experience developing distributed systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with a genuine commitment to code quality.
Solid experience working with Spring, gRPC, REST, and HTTP protocols.
Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development.
Deep interest in and understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.
Practical experience following Agile development practices.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts, Istio service mesh, Redis, and Spinnaker.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test features that span multiple product areas and deliver meaningful impact to customers.
Take full ownership of features from initial design through development, testing, code review, and launch readiness.
Build scalable, high-performing web applications using Java-based technologies for the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks for the frontend.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with the frontend.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across teams and time zones on technical designs, exploratory work, and cross-functional initiatives.
Take part in the team's on-call schedule to troubleshoot complex issues in real time and maintain service reliability.
Engage with Product Managers, Architects, senior engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs into prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Champion engineering excellence — leading with design documentation, rigorous testing, and constructive code reviews.
Break down intricate business challenges into scalable, well-crafted solutions that are delivered with quality.
