About The Position

The Software Developer position is responsible for working with business teams to plan and deliver projects using current technologies. This role contributes across the full application life cycle, from concept and design through build, testing, release, and ongoing support. The developer will write and maintain source code across application platforms, help strengthen QA practices, and learn about the business to ensure solutions solve real problems. They will seek out opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve existing processes and bring a figure-it-out mentality to tackle unfamiliar problems with curiosity. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, learning new programming languages, tools, and technologies, and collaborating with experienced developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders. The developer will manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines and assist in developing technical specifications and documentation.

Responsibilities
