About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Software Developer for an onsite contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution. This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals. The ideal candidate will code solutions, contribute to story refinement, and help resolve technical complexities within the delivery lifecycle, ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Angular development and/or cross-browser compatible UI application development using JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Experience with .Net Core
• Experience in building REST APIs (JAXRS/Swagger/YAML) technologies and integrating Front End UI with APIs in a secure manner
• Experience with CI/CD toolsets (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible)
• Experience in database technologies such as Oracle or SQL
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Code solutions, unit tests, and ensure the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces
• Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements
• Participate and guide the team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
• Assist the team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work
• Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance); analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
• Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality
