About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an Angular Developer for an onsite contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution in Pennington, NJ. This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern Angular, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and integrate with RESTful APIs in a secure manner.

Requirements

4+ years of Angular development and/or cross-browser compatible UI application development
Experience with Angular 21, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS
Familiarity with Angular libraries like Angular Material, Prime NG, or TinyMCE
4+ years of experience in JAVA development (Java 8 or higher)
Experience building and integrating REST APIs (JAXRS/Swagger/YAML)
Experience with CI/CD toolsets (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible)
Experience in DB technologies such as Oracle/SQL
Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in UI development and AI integration technologies

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Angular
Develop reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use
Collaborate with business analysts and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with front-end applications
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with enterprise development standards
Conduct code reviews and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts
Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices
Work on resolving SonarQube, ADA, and Checkmarx findings
