General Accountability The Software Developer is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality features, collaborating with the team to solve technical challenges, and ensuring code aligns with business requirements. Leveraging a strong background in WPF, the developer builds scalable enterprise applications that handle complex business logic while maintaining a focus on clean, intuitive user interfaces.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience in software development.
Proficient in at least one language (e.g., C++, C#, or C); applies design patterns and OOD principles.
Independently solves mid-level problems; analyzes software issues effectively.
Collaborates across teams; contributes to project goals and supports junior developers.
Moderate autonomy in decision-making; manages tasks independently with occasional guidance.
Communicates effectively across teams; documents processes and resolves issues collaboratively.
Fluent in concurrent software design, integration of 3rd party tools/APIs, CI tools, modern IDEs usage.
Moderate understanding of how projects align with business goals.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements analysis in collaboration with senior developers and Manager.
Contribute to software design activities under limited guidance from senior team members.
Implement software components according to design specifications and coding standards.
Design and execute unit tests to verify software functionality.
Participate in software testing and integration activities.
Prepare and maintain software documentation related to implementation and testing.
Investigate and resolve software defects and issues.
Support software maintenance and update activities.
Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of the Continuous Integration environment.
Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and support team development.
