About The Position

The Euna Grants engineering team builds the software that helps organizations find, manage, and report on grant funding, and this role sits at the center of that work. As a Software Developer, you'll contribute to design, implementation, and testing across multiple product offerings in the Euna Grants suite, working alongside product and sales teams in a SAFe Agile environment where AI-assisted development is part of the everyday workflow. Requirements

  • 3+ years of .NET experience with a focus in web development, including ASP.NET MVC Framework and/or RESTful API/WebAPI in ASP.NET C#
  • 1+ years implementing AI solutions in business environments using agentic frameworks, with hands-on experience supporting RESTful APIs and tool integrations for LLM-based systems
  • 1+ years of software development experience focused on AI-integrated applications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with front-end web development including HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, Knockout, TypeScript, and/or React
  • 1+ years supporting one or more SaaS products in a production environment
  • Exposure to Claude-powered agents or similar LLM systems, including in a learning or non-production capacity
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how tools and connectors are used by agents

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and test software applications across the Euna Grants product suite, owning the quality and correctness of code you ship whether hand-written or agent-produced
  • Support and troubleshoot existing software in production, escalating tooling or agent-output issues promptly
  • Present new code design and implementation patterns, as well as potential enhancements to the existing codebase, to peers as part of the code quality review process
  • Demo newly developed features to relevant stakeholders
  • Use AI and agentic coding tools to assist in the design, implementation, and testing of software applications
  • Mentor junior developers to build their understanding and ability in related technologies and methodologies
  • Contribute to technical documentation

Benefits

  • Eunafier Days (twice a year, an extra day tacked onto a long weekend)
  • Philanthropy Time (up to eight hours a year to spend on causes that matter to them)
  • Opportunities for real connection with colleagues
  • Investment in development through budget, mentorship, and opportunity to move into bigger roles
