About The Position

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP BTP Integration / CPI Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Cloud Integration (CPI) and proven expertise integrating SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Sales and Service Cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and custom applications built using Java and .NET frameworks. The candidate should have strong knowledge of integration development, middleware patterns, error handling, monitoring, performance optimization, automated testing, and enterprise integration best practices.

Requirements

Deep working knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI), including iFlow design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Skilled in Groovy scripting for data transformation, message processing, validation, routing, and exception handling.
Skilled in building complex message mappings, value mappings, and reusable integration components and utilities.
Working knowledge of REST, OData, SOAP, IDoc, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, JSON, and XML.
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, including synchronous, asynchronous, request/reply, publish/subscribe, batch, and event-driven designs.
Knowledge of API security and authentication methods, including OAuth, certificates, basic authentication, and API keys.
Ability to design integration error handling — retries, exception subprocesses, dead letter queues, and reprocessing — and to configure monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Ability to troubleshoot production integration failures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective action.
Ability to plan and execute integration testing across unit, SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
Ability to analyze performance bottlenecks and tune iFlows, mappings, scripts, and API calls for throughput, latency, and reliability.
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical integration designs and clear supporting documentation.
Ability to manage CPI artifacts through version control, transport, and deployment across development, QA, and production environments.
Ability to partner with functional, application, and business teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent professional background.
10–12 years in software or integration development.
Minimum 5 years hands-on with SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
Proven track record developing and supporting complex CPI iFlows.
Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts and enterprise integration patterns.
Hands-on integration work across: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales and Service Cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, Integration of applications built on Java and .NET.
Strong hands-on knowledge of: REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, OData, IDoc, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, JSON, XML.
Advanced Groovy scripting in SAP CPI.
Complex message mappings and data transformations.
Creation and management of CPI Value Mappings.
Development of reusable integration components and shared utilities.
