About The Position

ASM builds products for health care administration and quality assurance, serving more than 1,200 health care organizations worldwide. The Software Developer will help develop features and products, design and redesign user interfaces, and maintain existing ASM services and products. The role uses ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL to make product improvements, with a focus on user experience, quality, and reliability. Developers collaborate to address design and performance challenges, build reusable components, and continually improve services and components.

The position is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the Temecula, California office. During onboarding, the role will likely require three to four office days per week.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with C# or a similar language.
• Familiarity with MS SQL or a similar database.
• Familiarity with React JS or a similar framework.
• Familiarity with GitHub and version control.
• Care deeply about reliability and performance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understand the importance of user experience and quality, and empathize with end users.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with iOS and/or Android.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET.
• Familiarity with Azure.
• Familiarity with TeamCity and continuous integration integrations.
• Familiarity with user-facing APIs.
• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain React and ASP.NET components.
• Connect front-end components to APIs and databases.
• Work on cloud web services that power ASM products.
• Design and maintain components for web and mobile products.
• Develop original ideas that make complex concepts simpler and more user-friendly.
• Build reusable components and continue improving services and components.
