About The Position

Resound Credit Union is seeking a full-time Software Developer to join their growing team at their Nashville location. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for digital banking and internal systems, working with platforms like Lumin Digital SDK and Symitar. The developer will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, support the full development lifecycle, and maintain existing applications. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Minimum four (4) years of programming experience.
Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
Familiarity with cloud tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Credit Union or financial industry experience.
Experience with programming languages such as Symitar PowerOn, Java, Python, SQL, TypeScript.
Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, .NET, Spring, Django.
Experience with digital banking, Lumin Digital SDK, or financial systems deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting digital banking and internal systems.
Work within Lumin Digital SDK, Symitar core processing system, and other enterprise platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support full development lifecycle and maintain existing applications.
Serve as backup support resource for software-related issues.
Develop, configure, maintain, and test SDK-based and internal applications.
Analyze requirements to identify enhancements and defects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and vendors.
Maintain existing programs and ensure system reliability and security.
Support integrations between banking platforms and third-party systems.
Document systems and processes following standards.
Perform other duties as requested.
