About The Position

We are seeking Software Developers to join our Vancouver Client Technology, Investment Technology, and Operations Technology teams. In these roles, you will work closely with business to design and build systems that unlock efficiency, surface new insights from data and create meaningful impact for the firm and our clients. Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry experience is preferred, though strong new graduates with strong records and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
  • Object-oriented programming experience .NET experience is an asset, not required.
  • AI. Experience using AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code).
  • Strong interpersonal skills as developers work closely with business on solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack and Full-Lifecycle software development. Partner with business teams to design, build, and maintain software solutions that deliver real value.
  • Solve complex technical and/or business problems. Work as part of a global team, contributing to design discussions, code reviews, and technical presentations.
  • Bring new ideas to the table. Bring new ideas forward by researching technologies and processes. We allow for personal development days to support this exploration.
