About The Position

TeamWorx Security is seeking a mid-level Software Developer to build applications, automation, and tools for a federal government client. The work replaces manual processes and disconnected spreadsheets with practical software used to plan work, manage requirements, and support decision-making. Projects may change frequently across different business lines, so the role calls for solid full-stack fundamentals, adaptability, and direct collaboration with end users. The developer will create, test, deploy, and maintain applications, automation, and integrations using Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, SQL, APIs, and modern web frameworks. Working with government stakeholders and senior developers, the developer will clarify requirements, produce working versions quickly, and refine solutions using user feedback. The role also includes building data-driven tools, dashboards, and interfaces, delivering work in short Agile sprints, and supporting tools through testing, user acceptance, production support, and updates. The developer is expected to own assigned work through production, communicate risks and blockers early, and document code so others can support and extend it. The position is fully remote in the United States and requires U.S. citizenship, eligibility to obtain and maintain federal suitability, a government-issued PIV credential, and required system access.

  • Hands-on experience developing with Google Workspace and Google Apps Script.
